Coach Hu was inspired to write this Life Skill Lesson (SMA) based on a very close friend’s conscious decision to change his life. His friend would say I am only one thought away. Meaning, that he was only one thought away from thinking a thought that would strengthen his positive HABITS and attract unto him what he desired [via the Law of Attraction]. But, he also learned that he was only one thought away from thinking thoughts that would bring him more of the blame, shame victim game. Over time, Coach Hu’s friend learned to ceaselessly guard his thoughts in the same way that a farmer guards his chickens from a wolf.
This Habits Lesson teaches you that it only takes 21 days to start to form a new habit and how to guard yourself from thoughts that do not serve you. Habits will give you the knowledge to control what you are thinking, so you can be the conscious builder of your life.
