SELF-PACED ACADEMIC SCHEDULE
Holistic Learning Centers (HLC) study format is non-traditional in the best sense of the word. Our flexible learning format works within your schedule, because our typical student is an adult with a family and professional responsibilities.

HLC offers a full range of affordable distance learning courses designed to meet your time constraints, educational background and budgetary needs.

Instead of enrollment periods, you may enroll at any time. You may progress at your own pace within a structured schedule.

You may become a HLC graduate as soon as you successfully fulfill your academic and financial agreements.

When a Student’s academic and tuition obligations are met, you become eligible to graduate at the end of the same month in which your final course is completed.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw within 30 days of your first enrollment, and if you return all of your books unmarked, HLC will grant you a full refund of all tuition paid less accrued interest. If you withdraw after 30 days but before 60 days you will be granted a partial refund of up to 50% of the tuition paid less accrued interest. Refunds after 60 days will not be granted. To withdraw, you will need to submit your request in writing to HLC. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and there is a $50 withdrawal administration fee.

FINANCIAL AID
It is solely the student’s responsibility to seek financial aid. Financial aid may come
from employers, associations, churches, philanthropists, and private groups. While
HLC does not offer grants, we do seek to assist students through tuition savings
and financing options.

SHIPPING OVERSEAS
Students enrolling from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and military APO’s must pay actual shipping & handling costs. Canadian and international students are responsible for all of their shipping and handling costs. These students may be required to pay additional “duties” required by customs authorities upon receipt of study materials. You may contact the office through e-mail for actual Shipping & Handling costs.

SELF-PACED ACADEMIC SCHEDULE

TUITION INCLUDES
Holistic Learning Center tuition includes your textbooks, training manuals, CD programs and diploma. The only other extra costs you need to expect are (A) shipping cost of your course materials and (B) any additional tele-classes that you want to experience.

HLC's Home Study Courses are the only courses that must be paid in full at time of enrollment unless special arrangements are made in advance.

TELE-CLASSES
Each of the four SLC Certification Courses include one-on-one, group tele-classes (via the telephone) and a weekend Life Seminar Self-actualization Intensive. The group classes are deliberately kept small in size; consequently the learning is intimate and comprehensive.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR CERTIFICATION COURSES
By establishing a variety of payment options, HLC makes it possible for you to continue your education regardless of your financial circumstances. You can pay in full at the time of enrollment by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express; for PayPal payment details students must call or e-mail the office.

To help make tuition more affordable there is an interest free plan and a monthly installment finance plan that starts at 6-months and can extend up to 19-months.

90-DAY PLAN: 3 equal monthly payments with the first payment due upon enrollment.

FINANCE PLANS
HLC’s installment payment plan allows you to pay an initial minimum down payment, with the remainder of your tuition due in monthly installments drawn from your credit card.

CERTIFIED SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHES - TUITION FEES

Why should I hire an HLC Spiritual Life Coach?

If you contacted HLC to “Hire A Certified Spiritual Life Coach” you first need to enroll in HLC’s orientation course NSHS 101.

After you complete the two NSHS 101 orientation classes you can then hire a certified HLC Spiritual Life Coach (CSLC). HLC's CSLC registration policy is to enroll clients in blocks of 10 life coaching tele-classes or more at a time. We have learned that it’s important for a new SLC client to commit to doing at least 10 life coaching sessions because commitment is a key ingredient to achieve the self-help objectives that our clients desire.

When you hire an HLC Certified Spiritual Life Coach HLC lowers the TUITION FEE when you enroll in blocks of 20, 30 or more tele-classes. Your tuition fee is reduced by $25 when you register for block of 20 classes, and by $50 when you enroll for a block of 30 or more SLC classes.

You will save $500 per block of 20 classes, and $1,500 per block of 30 classes.

HLC’s staff of Certified Spiritual Life Coaches (CSLC) field experience range from hundreds to tens of thousands of SLC hours.

HLC’s Staff Coaching fees adhere to industry standards and range from $100 - $250 per class based on the number of classes you register for, and on the number of field hours of experience of the coach you hire.

We offer CSLC services from FREE to $250 per class, but if you are financially down on your luck and need FREE SLC sessions you will be teamed up with a SLC professional certification student is doing their HLC internship.
