Is the Ascension/Crash Syndrome
Stopping You From Achieving Your Desires?

The ASCENSION/CRASH SYNDROME happens when you create a spiritual ascension “high,” which increases your ability to see the truth about any area of your life that isn’t whole, and then “crash” when you see what you have repressed, denied and minimized for so long. In the movie The Secret you learned that you can create anything you want, which probably created an ascension high for you. But The Secret movie also taught you that you are responsible for everything you have attracted into your life so far, the good, the bad and the ugly. In an effort to SAVE… the Humans™ your first hurdle will be to transcend the Ascension/Crash Syndrome on your journey back home to your self.
Examples of experiences that can cause an Ascension Experience are: watching movies like The Secret DVD, meditation, alcohol, near-death experience, falling in love, drugs, a large financial win, bankruptcy, therapy, meeting an Awakened Master, inspirational books, and Self-help seminars.
Knowledge of The Secret (the Law of Attraction) can create an Ascension Experience that allows you to feel more of your repressed emotions, about what you have attracted into your life, from a “higher” or more whole perspective. You are better able to view the Truth of your existence, because your Ascension Experience creates an altered state of reality.
Here’s a good metaphor for an Ascension Experience...“You’re lost in a desert and all you can see is sand in every direction. You know that in one direction the desert goes on for 100 miles, but in the other direction you know that water is within a day’s walk. Then, out of nowhere, a hot air balloon appears overhead. You call to the woman inside and she lowers the balloon and raises you up 500 feet. Now that you have ascended to new heights, you can clearly see where you need to go for help and where the struggle and danger lie.”
When you ascend you gain newfound knowledge and truth, much like learning about the law of attraction taught in the movie The Secret, which will lighten your view of the experiences that you have emotionally repressed, denied, and minimized. This unobstructed view makes you feel emotionally vulnerable, which causes a lot of people to repress their newfound truth thereby causing them to CRASH over and over again. Most people fear being out of control. The need to be in control is a belief created by the E.G.O to make you believe that it can control the Universe. You can’t steer the river, but you can steer your boat that is in the river. Most of the time, the need to be in control is rooted in a core belief like, “I’m not safe unless I’m in control.” This belief was created to make you feel safe when you weren’t, as in the case of an abusive childhood. Remember that when you ascend, you expand into a “higher” state of consciousness, and your temporary high is granting you an opportunity to heal! But, if your ego ‘thinks” it still needs to stay in CONTROL to save you…. you’ll CRASH.
The emotional challenge of spiritual ascension is that you are not used to feeling so Self-empowered, so you feel out of control. You seek to restrain what you can’t control, thereby inhibiting your innate spiritual abilities to deal with your newfound truth. During an ascension experience, you will also experience “god-like integrity,” and this integrity can also trigger a… Crash! The need to be in control is exactly opposite the concept to of “Let go, Let God.” You can feel safe in the world because God is always with you. You can lighten your load by learning to surrender your earthly burdens to your Higher Self.
When you are exposed to new information about yourself from seminars or The Secret DVD, you become more aware of your divine abilities of light and love and, therefore, you spiritually ascend. This makes you more enlightened but not more empowered. Enlightenment is the knowledge of how the Laws of the Universe work. Empowerment is the application of that knowledge until it becomes part of your consciousness. Oftentimes you look back weeks or months after watching The Secret DVD or attending a seminar, only to see that you haven’t made any significant positive change. This Self-critical attitude about your lack of growth can also create a CRASH!
Many people know consciously what they want to attract into their life but are unable to empower themselves to the point where they can take action to put their knowledge to work. This keeps people powerless and it stops them from making the permanent behavioral changes that they want to make to improve their life.

Remember that falling in Love can also create an ascension experience. Falling in love collapses your ego boundaries, creating a love “high”! This “high” is produced by a sexually induced, hormonal stimulation. Then a CRASH can be created when the infatuation period ends and sex becomes less of a “high.”
The Secret movie taught you that you need to change your negative beliefs to create what you really want in your life. This new knowledge can create a spiritual ascension for you that can be quite challenging because most people don’t know how to dis-create (stop creating) the negative beliefs that manifest with their newfound spiritual enlightenment. These negative beliefs act like lead weights holding you down, not allowing you to implement your divine powers. Your negative, fear-based beliefs will continue to unconsciously replicate pain, fear, and loss cycles over and over again until you learn how to consciously dis-create them.
Feel assured that when you do learn to dis-create, you will be fulfilling a bigger purpose, what they call in the East your dharmic purpose for living. You will be moving mankind one step closer to the critical mass that is necessary to SAVE… the Humans™ as well as all the animals of planet earth.
