Ascension/Crash Syndrome &
You?
"A challenge for those seeking Empowerment"

Part 1
An Ascension Experience is a "high " created when you increase
your Truth, Knowledge, Light, and Love (enlightenment). Examples
of an Ascension Experience are : meditation, alcohol, near
death experience, falling in love, drugs, a large financial
win, therapy, meeting an Awakened Master, inspirational books,
seminars, and the like.
An Ascension/Crash Syndrome occurs when an
Ascension ("high") increases your truth about your painful unresolved
issues of life!
You become more aware of your pain, so your pain seems to expand.
You are more able to view and feel more of your denied and repressed
emotions from a "higher" perspective. You are more open and
vulnerable to viewing the Truth of your existence because of
your altered state of reality that your Ascension Experience
has created!
A good metaphor for an Ascension Experience... "You're lost
in a desert and all you can see is sand in every direction.
You know that in two directions the desert goes for 100
miles, but in the other directions you know that water and
help are within a days walk. Then out of nowhere, overhead
you see a hot air balloon. You call to the woman inside
and she lowers the balloon and raises you up 500 feet. Now
that you have ascended to new heights, you can clearly see
where you need to go for help and where the struggle and
danger lie."

And so it is with Ascension Experiences... when you ascend
with newfound knowledge and truth, your view of your negative experience
increases along with your newfound knowledge and powers! This clear
view of negative experiences causes most people to repress their fear-based
feelings and this causes the... EMOTIONAL CRASH!
Most people fear... Being Out of Control. The need to
be in Control is a belief created by the E.G.O. (Edging God
Out) to make IT believe that IT controls the Universe. It is
diametrically opposed to the Spiritual concept of "Let go, Let
God!" A concept designed to allow you to surrender to your Infinite
Powers. When you ascend you expand into a "higher " state of
consciousness and you temporarily experience your "god-like"
higher powers!
The challenge of ascending is that you are not used to feeling
so Self-Empowered, so you feel out of control. You seek to restrain
what you can't control, thereby inhibiting your "god-like" abilities
from creating your desires. During an Ascension Experience you
create "god-like" integrity that actually triggers the Ascension/Crash
Syndrome!
