THREE PRIMARY SELF-HELP INTENTIONS
The FIRST HEALING INTENTION of the spiritual life coaching exercises is to SURFACE YOUR CLIENTS UNCONSCIOUS BELIEFS. There always is an original belief that is at the root cause of why your client feels and thinks the way they feel and think. When your client was a child, she needed her ego to defend and protect herself. Now that she is an adult who has adult powers, these childlike negatively conditioned responses are inhibiting her psycho-spiritual growth because… she can't fix what she can't SEE.
The SECOND HEALING INTENTION of the spiritual life coaching exercises is to RECONNECT YOUR CLIENT WITH THEIR INTUTIVE FEELINGS. The Language of Feelings (Lesson #4 Self-mastery Textbook) is the Language of Spirit, but since most parents don't allow their children to express their feelings, they unconsciously transmute and/or repress them. For example, if a child wasn't allowed to express anger, then as an adult he'll either repress it or transmute it. He'll block his true feelings and "think" that he's feeling sad or depressed. HLC’s Self-mastery Exercises will help your clients to FEEL what they are really FEELING because… they can't heal what they can't FEEL.
The THIRD HEALING INTENTION of the spiritual life coaching exercises is to TEACH YOUR CLIENT HOW TO FACILITATE CLINICALLY TESTED CORRECTIVE EXERCISES, until your client creates the permanent behavioral changes that they seek. Once your clients can SEE the truth about themselves and, FEEL what they have emotionally denied, minimized, transmuted, or repressed, then you'll need to facilitate HLC’s corrective exercises to teach them new Self-empowering behaviors. Corrective exercises will teach your cleints how to emotionalize their truth. When they learn how to emotionalize their behavior, their behavior will change and the imprint will be permanent. Emotionalizing is the key to permanent behavioral change.
